John Doe v. University of Oregon, Case No. 15CV29383
On March 8, 2014, Jane Roe verifiably performed sexual acts on multiple party-goers, including John Doe. Doe was on full athletic scholarship and already had NBA prospects as a freshman in college. He was expelled from the university in a “emergency” crisis, before the completion of an investigation, and was publicly denounced. Doe is suing the university on five counts of due process, Title IX and civil rights violations, and is seeking damages of up to $7.5 million.
