Mark Allen

Attorney

Mark Allen focuses his practice on helping students and parents navigate through student disciplinary proceedings, from administrative investigations through litigation in state and federal courts in California.  Prior to joining Hathaway Parker, Mark's practice centered on complex commercial litigation disputes and arbitration.  He has over a decade of experience representing clients in all phases of litigation, including investigations, discovery, motion practice, trial, arbitration, and appeals.  

Mark earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon and his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.  While in law school, Mark served as the managing editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles International & Comparative Law Review.  He was also an extern for former federal district court judge Margaret M. Morrow and former federal magistrate judge Oswald Parada, both from the Central District of California.  Mark has been admitted to practice law in California since 2013.
